These terms govern your use of funnudgetrail.com and any guided walks, events, or services we offer. By booking a walk or using our site, you agree to the terms below.
All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment. Spots are held for 24 hours pending payment. Group size is capped at six walkers per trail unless otherwise stated.
Full refunds are available up to 7 days before your scheduled walk. Within 7 days, we offer rescheduling at no fee. No-shows are non-refundable. We may cancel walks due to unsafe conditions and will issue full refunds or reschedules in those cases.
Our walks are gentle, but they take place outdoors on uneven terrain. You are responsible for assessing whether a walk suits your health and abilities. Please disclose relevant conditions when booking.
Outdoor activity carries inherent risk including, but not limited to, slips, weather exposure, wildlife encounters, and insect bites. By participating, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
We reserve the right to remove participants from a walk, without refund, for behavior that endangers others, harms the environment, or substantially disrupts the experience.
We occasionally photograph walks for our website and printed materials. Let your guide know if you'd prefer not to be photographed and we'll respect that fully.
All site content, including text, imagery, and the funnudgetrail name and mark, is the property of funnudgetrail.com and may not be reproduced without permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, funnudgetrail.com is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
